Job Description:

• Option for Hybrid or Onsite

• Full-time position

• The primary goal of this position is to work with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer them the best coverage solutions.

• You will receive thorough on-the-job training to ensure that you are equipped with the skills necessary for success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and current clients.

• Offer expert insurance advice to clients to ensure they have the coverage they need.

• Meet and exceed daily, monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Meet with potential clients to review their current coverage, identify their needs, and offer solutions.

• Generate sales leads and follow up promptly.

• Encourage clients to add additional products to their existing coverage.

• Attend company meetings and participate in team activities.

• Inform clients that we offer other products

Qualifications:

• GA Property and Casualty insurance license is required.

• GA Life insurance license is preferred (obtained within 2 months of hiring)

• Sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

• Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Proficient computer skills

• Bi-lingual encouraged to apply
